Description

The war memorial in Maker with Rame was erected around 1920 to commemorate those who died in the First and Second World Wars. It is made of granite and features a large obelisk mounted on a pedestal, which is set on a stepped plinth. The pedestal is inscribed with the names of the fallen from both wars. The obelisk is adorned with a sword and a wreath, carved in relief.
