Description

Ocean Gem Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from slatestone and sandstone rubble, featuring brick dressings and an asbestos slate roof. The layout likely consists of a double-depth design with an entrance on the right side and a single room to the left. The building has two storeys and two windows, all of which are 4-pane sashes with cambered brick heads. There is a 20th-century door to the right, along with a plinth and boxed eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
