Farmhouse. Mid/late C19. Slatestone rubble brought to course with brick dressings; dry Delabole slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; 2 brick axial stacks. Double-depth plan plus dairy wing at rear. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Segmental arches over original horned sashes with glazing bars (also to other elevations) central glazed porch with lattice panes; panelled and glazed door with margin panes and similar lights to returns. INTERIOR: original features include open-well stair with open-string stick balusters and handrail scrolled over newel and large kitchen fireplace with very large hearth with original and collected furniture and smaller hearth on left for former range; original pump and trough to dairy.
