Description

The Newquay Craft Centre is an early 19th-century house with a shop incorporated at ground floor level. In the 20th century, a shop was added to the ground floor. It is constructed of painted stone rubble, with a slurried slate roof featuring ridge tiles and gable ends, and brick gable end stacks. The original plan comprised a 2-room layout with a central entrance, each room formerly heated by a gable end stack. The front elevation is symmetrical, with two windows on each floor to the right and left. These are 19th-century 16-pane sash windows with cambered arches. A 20th-century door is centrally positioned. The interior has not been inspected.
