Farmhouse. Probably C17 origins. Rendered stone rubble with brick wall to left hand gable end. Corrugated asbestos roof with gable ends to right and rag slate roof with gable ends on left. Stone rubble end stack on right and axial stack to left of centre. Plan: The original arrangement is uncertain. The house is of single depth with a 3 room plan, the position of a cross or through passage uncertain. The right hand room is heated by an end stack and the central and left hand rooms appear to share an axial stack. There is a stair turret to the rear of the central room. Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front. The left hand range is set slightly back. The C20 entrance porch to right partly obscurres two entrances into the central and right hand rooms. The openings appear to have C19 stuccoed hoodmoulds. C20 3-light window to left. First floor with C20 3-light window to left and a 1-light and two 2-light windows to right. Interior: Not accessible.
