Description
Presingol Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around the mid to late 19th century. It features roughly-coursed killas stone with granite dressings and has a grouted scantle slate hipped roof with brick chimneys on the side walls. The gutters are made of cast-iron in an ogee section. The layout is a double-depth plan, likely consisting of two rooms at the garden front and two rooms at the rear, with an entrance and stair hall in between. There is an axial passage behind the left-hand room.
The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window south garden front without a doorway. It includes a plinth and a mid-floor string. The original windows are four-pane horned sashes. The symmetrical three-window rear features a central doorway with a round-headed stair window above it. The door is from the 20th century, while the original windows include a round-headed stair window with marginal panes and otherwise twelve-pane horned sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
