Description

Roberts Tomb is a chest tomb located approximately 25 metres south of the south doorway of the Church of St Gluvias in Penryn. It dates back to 1851 and commemorates William Pender Roberts, a Royal Navy officer who died at the age of 66. The tomb is made of freestone and features a chest-on-chest design with panelled sides and a moulded lid.
