Description
The Roberts monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 8 metres northeast of the chancel of the Church of St Crida. It dates from the 19th century and is made of granite. The tomb features a granite chest resting on a plinth, topped with a flat surface that has a moulded edge. On the south side, there is a slate inscription plate dedicated to Roberts, dated 1867, along with a carved inscription on the top commemorating William Roberts, who passed away in 1841.
