Description
The gates and piers at the east entrance to the churchyard of the Church of St Crida were built around 1900. They feature cast iron gates and granite piers. The entrance includes a pedestrian gateway and a double width carriage gateway, both adorned with cast iron gates that have railings topped with trefoil finials and a mid rail also featuring trefoil finials. There is a cast iron column with a ball and spike finial situated between the carriage entrance and the pedestrian entrance. Each side has a granite monolith pier topped with a gabled design.
