Description
The Roberts monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, about 1 metre east of the chancel of the Church of St Mary. It dates from the late 17th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a chamfered plinth and has a large recessed panel on the north side, which is adorned with fluted pilasters. The south side includes two recessed panels and has a moulded flat top. There is a Latin inscription on the north side dedicated to the Roberts family, dated 1688.
