Description
This barn, located 20 metres south of Garrow, is possibly from the late 19th century. It is constructed from snecked granite ashlar and granite rubble, topped with a rag slate roof featuring gable ends. The barn has a rectangular plan and is built into the side of a steeply sloping bank, facing west. There are two entrances on the front, with a partition to the left of centre that divides the barn into two sections. Additionally, there is a small earth closet partitioned off to the rear left. The single-storey west elevation includes a window and a door on both the left and right sides. This barn is part of a group with Garrow Farmhouse, situated in a remote location high on the southeast side of Garrow Tor.
