Description

This barn, located about 30 meters northwest of Galford Farmhouse, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a gabled corrugated iron roof at both ends. The south side has a large entrance flanked by cheeks, while the north side has a blocked entrance opposite and one doorway at the higher end below a rectangular pitching eye. There is also a later opening to the right of the blocked entrance and a stable entrance at the lower end. The roof is from the 19th century. This barn is included for its group value with Galford Farmhouse.
