Description
The Waters monument is a headstone located in the churchyard about 40 metres southeast of the south chapel of the Church of St. Mary and St. Julian. It dates from the 18th century and is made of limestone. The headstone features a round head with raised rounded shoulders and a draped urn at the top. The classical lettering is worn, and it commemorates Charles Waters, a Royal Navy officer, who passed away around 1810.
