Description

Waters Tomb, located about 2 metres south of the Church of St John the Baptist, is a table tomb dating from around 1798, dedicated to Ralph Waters, an artist. It is constructed of sandstone ashlar and features a chamfered slab supported by six square columns. This tomb is included in the listing for its historical interest. A memorial panel to Waters can be found in the south aisle of the Church of St John, which references this tomb.
