Town house. c1805. Granite ashlar front; roof hidden by parapet, brick end stack on right, rendered stack on left. Double-depth plan with 1 room at the front. 3 storeys; 2-window range to front. Doorway, on the left, with wooden doorcase with triangular pediment on pilasters, panelled reveals and 6-panel door; first-floor sill string, moulded cornice to parapet; shallow segmental arches with keyblocks over original hornless sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR: first-floor room has original moulded ceiling cornice, otherwise not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: original wrought-iron railings with spearhead and scrolled finials flank doorway and return over forecourt plinth.
