Description
Woodlands Manor is a vicarage, now a private house, built around the 1860s. The structure is made of rendered stone rubble and features a slate roof with hipped ends. There are rendered stacks in the hipped ends and a rendered rear axial stack. The building has a double depth plan with rooms on either side of a central stair hall. The symmetrical south front is two storeys high and has three windows. On the ground floor, there are two large 12-pane sash windows with eaved architraves flanking a central door that is partly glazed and has glazed side lights beneath a wide segmental arch. Above this, two 16-pane sash windows flank a central 2-light casement with glazing bars. The rear, or north elevation, faces the road and features a central round-headed stair window with radiating glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
