CALSTOCK CHURCH STREET (east side), SX 4268-4368 Calstock 9/76 No 10 23.1.68 GV II House. C18, with C19 and C20 alterations. Painted stone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends, large gable end stack to right with rubble shaft, gable end stack to left. Plan: 2-room plan, each room heated from a gable end stack, with central entrance. Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 2-window front, C19 4-pane sash at ground and first floor to right and left, with central half-glazed C20 door. Interior: Not inspected.
