Description

No. 10 Church Street is an 18th-century house located in Calstock, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of painted stone rubble and features an asbestos slate roof with gable ends. There is a large gable end stack on the right and another gable end stack on the left.

The house has a two-room plan, with each room heated by a gable end stack and a central entrance. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical two-window front. There are 19th-century four-pane sash windows at both the ground and first floors on the right and left sides, with a central half-glazed door from the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
