Description

CALSTOCK CHURCH STREET (east side), SX 4268-4368 Calstock 9/79 No 13 23.1.68 GV II House. Probably C18, with C19 and later alterations. Painted stone rubble, the upper level slate-hung. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends, gable end stack with brick shaft to right. Plan: One-room plan, with the room heated from the gable end stack to right ; the house is built into the bank a the rear. Exterior: 2 storeys, ground floor has half-glazed C20 door to left and C19 4-pane sash to right. At first floor there are two C19 4-pane sashes. At the rear there is a single C20 light. Interior: Not inspected.
