Description

No. 13 Church Street is a house, probably dating from the 18th century, with 19th century and later alterations. It is constructed of painted stone rubble, with the upper level hung with slate. The roof is covered with asbestos slate and features gable ends, with a gable end stack that has a brick shaft on the right side.

The house has a one-room plan, with the room heated by the gable end stack to the right. It is built into the bank at the rear. The building is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there is a half-glazed 20th century door to the left and a 19th century four-pane sash window to the right. The first floor has two 19th century four-pane sash windows. At the rear, there is a single 20th century light. The interior has not been inspected.
