Description
Toddy Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century, with few later alterations. It is constructed of stone rubble, painted at the front, and features a hipped concrete tiled roof with a stack located on the right side. The layout consists of a one-room plan, with the entrance on the left side of the front. Inside, there is a straight stair on the left side, and the room is situated to the right, heated by the stack.
The exterior has three storeys with an asymmetrical front. The ground floor includes a 20th-century half-glazed door on the left. The ground, first, and second floors all feature a 19th-century 16-pane sash window on the right, while the right side of the building is blind. On the left side, there are late 19th-century plate-glass sashes on the first and second floors to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
