Description

Milton Cottage is a late 17th and early 18th century house located in Marhamchurch. It is constructed of colourwashed plastered cob with a thatched roof, which is hipped at the left end and gabled at the right. A projecting right gable end stack features brick chimneys. The two-storey, three-window front includes an off-centre enclosed porch with a sloping slate roof. Three two-light timber casement windows are on the ground floor, each with two panes of glass. The first floor windows are similar in design. The interior has not been inspected.
