Description
Pegsdon is a late 18th century or early 19th century building, formerly a farmhouse, located on Week Street Mary in Week Orchard. It features whitewashed cob walls and a slate roof with brick gable end chimneys. The building has a double depth plan, consisting of two main front rooms and smaller service rooms located behind in an integral outshut. The front has three windows with an off-centre door beneath a slate canopy. The ground floor includes a two-light casement window with glazing bars on the left and a three-light casement window with glazing bars on the right. The first floor has two-light casement windows with glazing bars, and all windows have slate sills. The interior has not been inspected but is reported to have old roof timbers.
