Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Woodlane, Falmouth. The houses are constructed of stucco with an asbestos slate hipped roof. They have a rendered central stack, and end stacks, with a further stack towards the right. The buildings follow a double-depth plan. They are two storeys high, with a six-window front. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, each with a moulded hood supported on consoles to the ground floor. The central doorways are pilastered, with a moulded entablature above a deep hood; they feature patterned overlights and 4-panel doors with panelled jambs. The interior has not been inspected.
