Description
A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Woodlane, Falmouth. The houses are constructed of stucco over rubble, with dry slate roofing to number 39 (left) and an asbestos slate hipped roof to number 41. They have a double-depth plan. The front elevation features a six-window range across two storeys. The original 12-pane hornless sash windows remain, with moulded hoods supported by consoles over the ground floor windows. A central pair of pilastered doorways is topped by a moulded entablature and hood, featuring original four-panel doors with panelled jambs, and an original patterned overlight to number 39. The interior has not been inspected.
