Description
A pair of houses dating from the 1830s, located on Trinity Street, Barnstaple. The houses are stuccoed and have roofs of slate and corrugated asbestos. They have end stacks with brick shafts and corbelled cornices. They are arranged in a symmetrical three-window range, with rusticated quoins on the left and right. The central section features paired round-headed doorways, which have replacement timber front doors and plain fanlights. The ground floor windows are 4-pane plate-glass hornless sashes, likely originally 16-pane sashes. The first floor windows are also 4-pane plate-glass hornless sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
