Description

The front garden wall of Pendean House, dating from the 1860s and possibly designed by Henry Rice, is constructed of local rubble with dressed granite copings. It features a moulded round-arched doorway made of dressed granite, which has roundels in the spandrels. The wall is topped with stepped coping that has the name 'PENDEAN' in relief beneath the central coping.
