Description

Milestone located to the south of Nos. 3 and 4 Dean Terrace, dating from the early 19th century. This painted granite monolith is set into a wall and features incised inscriptions on two faces. The left-hand face reads 'LISKEARD' above '1/2 MILE TO THE CROSS IN CHURCH STREET' and 'TORPOINT' above '17 MILES'. The right-hand face displays 'LOSTWITHIEL' above '11 MILES'.
