7/156 Barn to north of Trebeigh Manor

GV II

Bank barn incorporating shippon, mangle house, threshing floor and granary. Circa 1820s. Rubblestone with slate roof with hipped ends. 2 storeys to west front. Almost symmetrical. Ground floor partly blocked by adjoining building on left-hand side. Central double plank door beneath cut granite segmental arch. Flanked by 2 single plank doors with wider plank door on right beneath reused cut granite segmental arch with hollow chamfer. First floor with 2 double doors to threshing floors with slate hoods above. 2 narrow slits between doors and hipped ends and row of pigeon houses in centre. Later partly blocked opening to left of centre. Interior not inspected. Included for group value with Trebeigh Manor.
