SW 84 SE RUAN LANIHORNE TREWORGA 4/27 Ivy Cottage -

GV II

Small house. Early C19. Slatestone with grouted scantle slate double span roof and brick chimneys over gable ends. Double depth plan. 2 storeys. 2 window road front with original 2-light, 12-pane, wooden casements and louvred horizontal sliding shutters (probably Victorian). Cambered brick arches to all openings. Door is to left gable end under C20 stone porch. Garden front has central door within small C20 extension and original casement windows. Window to right of door is larger and is 15-paned fixed-light (possibly originally a shop). Interior not inspected.
