Description

This house, located to the south of Church View, dates from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with granite dressings and features a slate roof with gable ends and an axial granite stack. The building likely has a two-room double depth plan with the entrance situated on the right. The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical front with two windows. There is a 19th-century door on the right, a 19th-century 12-pane sash window, and a blind 12-pane sash window to the left. The first floor has similar window arrangements. The interior has not been inspected.
