Small house. Probably C18. Painted rubble walls with timber lintels; dry slate hipped roof; squat rubble stack on the left. Small square plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. 12-pane 2-light casements to small 1st-floor openings. Ground floor has 12-pane fixed light on the left; planked door on the right with slate hood on wooden corbels. INTERIOR not inspected.
