Description

Penlore is a house in a row, likely dating from the 17th or 18th century, and incorporating a later shop. The exterior is roughcast render over rubble, with a steep dry slate roof and a dormer window with a 20th-century three-light casement. It has a shallow-depth plan. The house is two storeys high with a three-window front. It features sixteen-pane two-light casement windows. The ground floor includes pilasters and a moulded entablature and fascia relating to a late 19th-century shopfront on the left-hand side, alongside a 20th-century plate-glass window and glazed door with overlight on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
