Description

Chy an Colom is a small house built in the early 19th century as part of a row. It is constructed of painted rubble with shallow segmental arches and has a dry slate roof with a wide 20th-century raking dormer and a cast-iron ogee gutter. The house has a double-depth plan and two storeys plus an attic that has been converted. It originally had a single window bay, featuring original 12-pane hornless sash windows. A 20th-century three-panel door is located on the left. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
