Description

This is a mid-19th century house on Middle Street in Port Isaac. The exterior is stuccoed and rendered, with a slate roof featuring gable ends and deep overhanging eaves. A rendered brick chimney stack is located on the left. The house has a double-depth plan, with the entrance near the centre, likely leading to a stair hall. An alleyway to the left provides access to a courtyard enclosed by buildings on Middle Street and Dolphin Street.

The front facade is regular with a two-window arrangement. To the left of the entrance is an alleyway access. Two 19th-century 16-pane hornless sash windows flank a 20th-century partly-glazed door. The first floor has two 19th-century 16-pane hornless sash windows with moulded sills and exposed sash boxes. The interior is not accessible.
