Description
This farm building, possibly once a dwelling and now used as a store, is located in a field to the west of Boswyn. It is constructed of uncoursed granite rubble with large quoins and has a roof made of corrugated iron sheets. The building has a rectangular three-unit plan and is single storey, although the third unit is lower than the others.
The central unit features a doorway on the left with massive jambstones and a stable door, along with the outline of a blocked former window to the right. The first unit on the left has two doorways and a small window under the eaves on the left side of each doorway. The third unit on the right, beyond a vertical joint, has a central doorway and two small unglazed windows under the eaves.
At the rear, there is a small square roofless enclosure without any openings, the purpose of which is not known. The interior features were concealed by contents at the time of the survey, and no chimney stack was visible.
