Description

The Johnstone Tomb, located approximately 3 metres north-east of the Church of St Gluvias in Penryn, is an 18th-century obelisk tomb dedicated to William Johnstone, who died in 1790 at the age of 50. It features a dressed granite obelisk set on a moulded base, with shaped marble panels on the front that are inscribed.
