Description
Mill House is a 18th-century miller's house located on Truro Hill in Penryn. It features granite rubble walls with flat granite arches at both the ground and first floors, while the return walls are rendered. The house has a dry slate hipped roof with brick stacks and a double-depth plan. It stands three storeys tall and has a two-window range on the second floor. The windows are 20th-century hornless sashes with glazing bars. There is a central sash on the first floor set in a remade opening between two original partly blocked openings. The doorway on the right has a four-panel door with a squat overlight. The right-hand return has been rendered over the original window openings on each floor. The interior has not been inspected.
