Description

Pilgrim Cottage is an 18th-century cottage situated on Veryan Green. The walls are painted render, possibly originally cob, with a dry slate roof and a rebuilt brick chimney on the right gable end. The cottage was originally planned with two rooms. It has two storeys and one window facing the road to the east. A 20th-century planked stable door is centrally positioned on the left side of the front, with a gable hood supported by brackets above it. A six-pane sash window with horns sits above the door, and a six-pane sash window is to the right. A small four-pane window is located to the left of the door at a higher level. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
