Description

This is a small house, likely dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted render, possibly over cob walls, and has an asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys at the gable end on the right and over the party wall on the left. The house originally comprised two rooms. The front has a three-window arrangement. A top-glazed, four-panel door is located centrally to the left. There is a possibility that a door was blocked on the right, suggesting the house may originally have been a pair of cottages. A top-glazed, flat-roofed porch has been added in the 20th century. The windows are six-pane sashes with horns, and they have wooden lintels. The interior was not inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
