Description

White Cottage is a small terraced cottage dating from the 18th century. It features painted render, possibly cob, and has a grouted scantle slate roof with a brick chimney on the right shared gable end. The roof is topped with a handmade clay ridge that has a crest. The cottage has a one-room plan and stands two storeys tall. The left side has a 20th-century glazed door with small panes, which is sheltered by a gable hood supported on brackets. The windows are 16-pane sashes with horns and wooden lintels. This building is included for its group value.
