Description

Little Stenbury is an 18th-century cottage located on Sheepwash Lane in Godshill. It is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble and features a slate roof with red brick chimneystacks. The cottage has two storeys and attics, with two windows on the front. There are two flat-roofed dormers, and the first floor includes two 12-pane fixed sash windows. The ground floor has a modern window. The entrance is marked by obtusely pointed stone doorcases that hold a plank door with metal hinges. The gable ends are supported by kneelers, and there are mullioned windows in the end gables of the attics. The rear of the cottage has modern windows.
