Description
36 The Green is a 18th-century small cottage located on the north-west side of Great Bowden. It features a roughcast facade and a band at the first floor, with a slate roof that has a moulded stone eaves cornice and end chimneys. The cottage is two storeys tall and has three windows, which are early 19th-century casements. The outer windows consist of three lights, and the stone lintels above them have keystones that are now covered by rendering. The entrance includes a six-panelled door with a moulded architrave, although the porch has been removed.
