Description
The Nicholas chest tomb, located approximately 18 metres south of the west end of the Church of St Maddern, is a chest tomb from the early 19th century dedicated to John Nicholas. It is made of dressed granite and marble, featuring an incised inscription on the west side. The tomb has a rectangular plan and is topped with a moulded lid.
