Description

This is a tomb chest located approximately 2 metres north of the chancel of the Church of St Nicholas. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb chest features a classical style, characterized by a moulded plinth, vase-shaped corners, and raised fielded panels on the sides and ends. The lid has a moulded edge, although the inscription has become eroded over time.
