Description

The tombchest of Jane Luskey, dating from 1775, is located 3 metres south of the southeast corner of the south aisle of the Church of St Torney. It commemorates Jane, the daughter of William and Mary Luskey. The tombchest is made of stone rubble and features a rectangular slate lid. It is inscribed with both upper and lower case lettering that includes serifs and a verse.
