Description
Rosemundy Villa is a house dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of roughly coursed faced killas rubble with granite dressings, and has a dry Delabole slate roof with projecting eaves. Brick chimneys are situated over the side walls, and cast-iron ogee gutters are present. The house follows a T-shaped plan, featuring two rooms at the front, flanking a central entrance hall that leads to a projecting stair hall. Behind the right-hand room is an axial passage, and there is likely a shallow service room behind the other room. The exterior elevations are unaltered and retain their original doors and windows. The symmetrical three-window front has a central doorway with a panelled door featuring two tall round-arched panels and an overlight. The windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
