Description

This is an 18th and 19th century building located on the south side of Alverton Street in Penzance. It is constructed of granite blocks, with a slate roof and gable ends. The building is three storeys high and features two widely spaced windows on each floor. The windows are sash windows with revealed casing, and the second-floor window on the right-hand side has glazing bars. The ground floor has been altered and contains two small 19th-century shops. The building is included on the list due to its group value, forming a group with Nos 14 to 20.
