Description
This guide post, dating from the early 20th century, is made of cast iron and has a round shape. It features three adjustable pointers topped with a spike-head finial. Each pointer has integral quadrant brackets, slightly rounded ends, and embossed inscriptions. The left-hand pointer indicates HELSTON at 8½ miles, the middle pointer shows MABE at 3½ miles, and the right-hand pointer points to STITHIANS CHURCH at ½ mile and REDRUTH at 5¼ miles.
