Description

This is a headstone located approximately 5 meters east-north-east of the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Launceston. It was created in 1809 by W. Grills from Plymouth Dock for Richard Criper. The headstone is made of slate and features a monolith design with a shaped top. It is flanked by Ionic pilasters and includes an inscription beneath a depiction of an eye, sun, moon, and divider, along with a carving of a mother with three infants.
