Description

This headstone, located about 11 metres northeast of the lychgate in Cruwys Morchard, dates from the late 18th century. Made of slate, it features a segmental head with two rounded shoulders and bears a memorial date of 1796, although the name is illegible. The headstone is notable for its good lettering and includes a verse below the inscription.
