Description

This headstone, located about 9 metres southeast of the chancel of the Church of St George, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is made of slate and features an elliptical shouldered shape with scrolled shoulders. The east face is inscribed with a verse and is bordered by a stylized foliage design. At the top, there is a rustic winged head carved into the stone.
